Napier & Blakeley Pty Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients.

Napier & Blakeley only collects personal information for specific purposes E.g. responding to enquiries, keeping customers informed of upcoming events, publications and products, and assisting us to improve our service. No personal information is disclosed to other parties without the consent of the individual.

Personal Information
We expressly ask the individual for their personal information.

When an individual is asked for personal information, we advise how it is used. E.g. we may use the personal information to personalise / tailor our services to the individual, to identify who we are communicating with, or to inform the individual of further information relating to our services.

Why do we require personal information?
We collect, update and use personal information to:

  • Provide requested services, bill for services and collect overdue payments
  • For research and development of new products and services
  • To communicate marketing offers
  • To distribute publications

How we collect information
We collect information directly from individuals. E.g. when individuals request a product or service; when individuals participate in marketing campaigns or surveys; when individuals subscribe to mailing lists. When Napier & Blakeley receives referred associates from individuals already on our database, we contact the referred individual and allow them to give their personal information.

Who will use the personal information? 
Napier & Blakeley will not share, sell or trade personal information to any external party.

Information security
Only Napier & Blakeley employees who perform services on the individual’s behalf are authorised to handle personal information. Napier & Blakeley take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information that is no longer required.

Access to personal information
In accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act we provide individuals with copies of their personal information, except to the extent listed in clauses 6.1.c and 6.1.d. of the National Privacy Principles referred to in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.

Comments or complaints
If an individual wishes to access or revise their personal information or believe that the privacy of their personal information at  Napier & Blakeley has been compromised they may contact Dylan Malloch.
